Special Parts has
met the growing request from customers who ask for exhaust systems that, while
enhancing the performance and the look of their bike, comply with the EEC
homologation regulations. Arrow's R&D Department developed such a product that
features both the quality of a racing exhaust system and compliance with the
laws. Given the commercial success of the Race-Tech series, they decided to give
this new homologated series the same aggressive style. An innovative silencing
device is fitted in the rear part of the silencer, and is fixed to the end cap
by means of a circlip. This baffle reduces the noise level and the enhancement
of the performance of the bike is within the 5% limit imposed by the law. The
materials used, titanium and stainless steel allow a weight reduction of between 30%-50% in comparison with the
original equipment. Along with the fitting kit you will find a copy of the
homologation certificate issued by the relevant authority. Homologated
exhaust systems are available for both stock and Arrow collectors.
